a) When you reach the Jobsrific site, in the upper right-hand side of the screen it should say”Hi YOUR NAME – Sign In”.

b) Please click on this link. That will bring you to the “Welcome to Jobsrific” login page.

c) Beneath the Password box is an option that says, “Forgot Password?”. Please click on this link. It will ask you to enter the email address the password should be sent to.
*Note: Even if it automatically populates the email address for you, please confirm that the email address is accurate and free of typos / errors before selecting “Reset Password”. Also, make sure it’s the same email address that your account was created under. The email that our system generates will only be active for 48 hours before it expires. You can also reach out to Support for assistance with this matter, if you don’t receive the reset password  email within about an hour. (Please be sure to check your bulk, spam, junk, and clutter folders.) If you email us at support@jobsrific.com, we can send you a password reset manually through our system.

You will receive the email to your account under the email address it was registered, and you can  go through the same process. If you still cannot access your account, we can assist you with troubleshooting steps

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to make any edits to your uploaded document once you have submitted your application. However, we can upload a new updated attachment (resume/cover letter as one file) and delete the outdated version, but it’s not guaranteed the hiring team will be able to see the update if the recruitment is already in progress.

Although we are working on a permanent fix for this, it can usually be corrected by making the following

changes:

a) Try changing the document format from .pdf to .doc or vice versa.

b) Remove any special characters (underscore, hyphen, etc.) from the document file name.

c) If the above two steps don’t work, remove numerical digits from name

For the moment, the new interface doesn’t offer the option to replace / delete an existing resume. Until we offer that functionality, resumes can be updated, replaced, or deleted from your “My Profile” page byfollowing the below steps:

a) Log in to your Jobsrific account.

b) Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.

c) From the drop-down list select “My Messages.”

d) On the next screen, click on “View My Resume” or “Update Your Resume.”

e) Select the Resume you wish to update and make any desired changes.

f) If you wish to delete an existing Resume, click on the ‘Button” option on the right side.

g) To add a new resume, click on “Add a New Resume.”
