I can’t remember my user id and/or password, can you reset it?

Having trouble logging in to your Jobsrific account? No problem! Let’s start with:
Password Reset:

a) When you reach the Jobsrific site, in the upper right-hand side of the screen it should say”Hi YOUR NAME – Sign In”.

b) Please click on this link. That will bring you to the “Welcome to Jobsrific” login page.

c) Beneath the Password box is an option that says, “Forgot Password?”. Please click on this link. It will ask you to enter the email address the password should be sent to.
*Note: Even if it automatically populates the email address for you, please confirm that the email address is accurate and free of typos / errors before selecting “Reset Password”. Also, make sure it’s the same email address that your account was created under. The email that our system generates will only be active for 48 hours before it expires. Reach Out to Support:


You can also reach out to Support for assistance with this matter, if you don’t receive the reset password  email within about an hour. (Please be sure to check your bulk, spam, junk, and clutter folders.) If you email us at support@jobsrific.com, we can send you a password reset manually through our system.

You will receive the email to your account under the email address it was registered, and you can  go through the same process. If you still cannot access your account, we can assist you with troubleshooting steps
