Why, when attempting to upload a new resume to my Candidate’s profile, am I seeing an 403 error message?

Although we are working on a permanent fix for this, it can usually be corrected by making the following

changes:

a) Try changing the document format from .pdf to .doc or vice versa.

b) Remove any special characters (underscore, hyphen, etc.) from the document file name.

c) If the above two steps don’t work, remove numerical digits from name
